Company was established in 1974 with an objective to provide, control instrumentation to the needs of Indian Industries specially Indian Railways and Indian Defence. We are amongst the first companies in India to develop Instruments for Indian railways as per ALCO designs and standards.

With opening up of the economy, in the mid nineties, the need for advanced technology was felt and we have associated ourselves with some reputed brands of Europe & U.S.A. to sell & service their products in India. This change of economic policy also led us to the markets of South-East Asia, Middle East & Africa, registering our exports in these areas.

Some highlights are as below:

• Registered and approved by DGQA / DQA (WP) / Ministry of Defence for process Instruments.
• Sucessfully indegenized Instruments used by Indian Navy, based on Russian designs and specifications.
• Working on a project with Indian Railways to modernize its fleet by incorporating Micro-processor based System.
